SHIPPING & RETURNS

Return & Exchange Policy

The buyer has the right to return the goods in the following cases:

 

– if goods that were not ordered were delivered

 

– if goods that are defective, i.e. not correct, were delivered

– without giving reasons for terminating the contract within 90 days from the date of delivery of the product

 

The buyer must submit a request for a return within 90 days of purchasing the product, after which the terms agreed upon when issuing the invoice and guarantee that the buyer received upon purchase apply. 

 

Before fulfilling the request for a return, the Seller must obtain confirmation from the authorized service that the product is defective or this must be proven in another objective manner by an authorized entity. A return based solely on a request without documentation confirming the defect is not possible, as it often happens that the product does not work properly due to incorrect handling or ignorance of handling.

 

Items returned by the buyer must be complete, in the original packaging with all  accessories and documentation. The buyer returns the products to the following address: STARMEDICO INTERNATIONAL d.o.o. Kovinska 28, 10000 Zagreb.

 

If the product is correct and has no defects, but the buyer subsequently concludes that he does not like the product, the buyer is not entitled to a return or exchange of the product. This is regulated for the protection of other consumers and buyers who would later receive a used product in that case. It may be possible to agree on a return with a reduction in the value of the product, so that it can be sold at a sale with an indication that it was used. This is only possible if the Seller concludes that the product can be offered as used, without thereby violating the rights of the future buyer, and if the buyer agrees to the reduced value that he will receive back.

 

Notice on how to submit a written consumer complaint

 

In accordance with Article 10, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette, No. 41/14, 110/15), we inform consumers that they can submit a complaint expressing their dissatisfaction with a purchased product or service provided in writing to one of the following addresses:

We will confirm receipt of the complaint in writing without delay. We will provide a written response to your complaint no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of your complaint. Please be sure to include your name and surname in your complaint, as well as the address or e-mail for the response.

 

What is the procedure for returning items?

 

You can return items free of charge:

We recommend that you prepare the items appropriately for transport (while using the original  packaging, or other suitably safe packaging).

 

The refund is made exclusively for the paid price of the product, excluding delivery costs!

 

Refund

 

After returning the product and receiving it, we will inform you about the inspection of the product and its receipt at our address.

After the inspection, we will inform you about the status of the refund.

If the refund is approved, the money will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made as soon as possible, or within a maximum of 14 days.
