Pursuant to the Law on Consumer Protection, in the case of distance shopping (when it is not a matter of personal pickup but sent by delivery service), you are authorized to unilaterally terminate the Agreement without stating the reasons for doing so within 90 days from the date of delivery of the product, i.e. delivery of the last product from the order. The prerequisite for unilateral termination of the Agreement is that the product has not been used and that it is returned to the Seller in the same condition in which it was received by the Buyer, in the original packaging, with the declaration and accompanying documentation.

The Buyer has the right to return the goods to the Seller free of charge if all the Seller's conditions have been met, the product(s) that were ordered and delivered are undamaged and delivered to the Buyer.

We will refund the amount paid for the goods for which you are requesting unilateral termination of the contract, without delay, and no later than 14 days from the date on which the goods in question are received at the seller's address or after we receive a confirmation proving that you have returned the goods in question to the warehouse and that the warehouse has received the goods. The refund will be made in the same way as you made the payment.
